Repetitive typing is the problem AutoPaste sets out to remove. It installs as a keyboard, and alongside the usual letters it keeps a list of saved snippets, including your email address, a phone number, a postal address or a stock reply, ready to drop into whatever field you are filling with a single tap.
That is essentially the entire app, and the narrow scope works in its favour. There is no switching to another app to copy a string and switching back; the shortcuts travel with the keyboard into any text box. Recent clipboard entries stay within reach too, which helps when several values are moving between apps at once.
Two things are worth weighing before installing. Any custom keyboard sees everything you type, so the decision comes down to how comfortable you are with that, and the typing experience itself is not as refined as Gboard or SwiftKey. A common approach is to keep it as a secondary keyboard and switch to it only for form filling.
