Editor's Review
Warehouse club software has a narrow but real job: make the plastic card unnecessary, make the coupon book unnecessary, and let you buy without walking the aisles. This one manages all three, and an average of 4.6 across 5M+ installs suggests it does so without much drama.
Inside the club: a digital membership card scans at entry and at the register, which empties one slot in your wallet. Express Pay lets you scan items as you shop and pay in the app, skipping the queue entirely, while the store map and item locator answer the perennial warehouse question of which aisle something moved to.
Before the trip: digital coupons replace the paper booklet and clip with a tap, applying themselves once the membership is scanned. A running total of club and fuel savings across the year is also here, and that number is what decides whether the membership pays for itself.
Ordering: same-day delivery, curbside collection and standard shipping all run through the app, with substitutions and order status handled in the same screens.
The obvious limit is that none of it means anything without a paid membership, and the app never pretends otherwise. Beyond that, complaints tend to concern stock accuracy between screen and shelf, substitutions on collection orders that miss the mark, and coupons that occasionally need clipping twice. It is regional too, since the chain trades in a limited set of United States states.

Questions people ask
Can I use it without a membership?
Browsing is possible, but the card, coupons, Express Pay and ordering all depend on an active membership. You can join from within the app, though there is no free tier of the shopping experience.
How does Express Pay work at the exit?
You scan each item as it goes into the trolley, pay on the phone, and show the resulting digital receipt at the door for the usual spot check. It replaces the register queue, not the exit check.
