Booking a doctor's appointment in Germany still often means telephoning during practice hours. CLICKDOC exists to remove that call. Practices using CGM's scheduling system publish their open slots, and patients search by specialty and location, choose a time and confirm it without speaking to anybody.
The second half of the app is video consultation. Where a practice offers it, an appointment can be held remotely through the app, which suits follow-ups and prescription discussions that need no physical examination. Reminders and an overview of upcoming visits fill out the rest.
The obvious limit is coverage. This app is only as good as the number of participating practices near you, and participation varies sharply by region and by specialty: dense in some cities, thin in other places. The interface is German and the product assumes the German healthcare system, so it has no application abroad. Checking whether your own practice is listed costs nothing, which is the honest way to evaluate it.

Does the app cost anything?
It is free for patients. Any charges relate to the medical treatment itself and are settled between the practice and your insurer, not through the app.
What if my doctor is not listed?
Then you cannot book with them here. The directory only carries practices on the connected scheduling system, so search before relying on it.
Is it usable outside Germany?
Not meaningfully. The practice directory, the language and the insurance assumptions are all German.
