Online ordering sits alongside that, offering cases and bulk quantities that branches do not always stock, shipped to a chosen store for collection. This is where the app genuinely earns its keep, because it is the only route to that part of the catalogue.
A 3.66 average across 1M+ installs is soft even by the standards of retail apps, and the pattern behind it is familiar: what the app shows as available does not reliably match the shelf, and account or coupon handling frustrates shoppers more than browsing ever does. Useful if a Dollar Tree sits on your route, and of no interest at all outside the United States.
