Editor's Review

Rotate a tile, watch the current travel one step further, repeat until the whole board is lit. Energy: Anti-Stress Loops is built on that single action and is honest about wanting to soothe rather than to challenge. Each level is a small grid of pipe and node pieces; you turn them until power runs from the source to every endpoint, and the board glows when it is finished. There is no timer, no score, no move limit and no failure state, so a wrong turn costs nothing but another tap.

Infinity Games has made a career of this minimal style, and presentation is the strongest part of it: clean geometry, quiet colour and levels that grow in size more than in trickiness. Later boards take longer to work through but rarely demand a leap of logic.

Two caveats matter. The listing is a paid one, so there is no way to try the puzzle style before buying, which is a lot to ask in a genre stuffed with free alternatives. And the same restfulness that makes it good before bed makes it repetitive in a long sitting, because the puzzles keep changing shape without ever changing idea.

Features

  • Rotation puzzles where power must reach every node on the grid

  • No timer, move limit or failure state

  • Levels that grow gradually in size across the set

  • Minimal geometric artwork in a muted palette

  • Plays offline once installed

Pros

  • Pacing is genuinely relaxing, with nothing pressing you to hurry

  • One-thumb controls suit short breaks and bedtime play

  • Clean presentation with no clutter on screen

  • A paid listing rather than a free puzzle funded by advertising breaks

Cons

  • Paid up front, so there is no trial before committing

  • The core idea barely varies, and long sessions turn repetitive
