The appeal is social rather than informational. It is something to pull up when a group is sitting round a table, or to screenshot and send to the person whose birthday it is.
Judged as entertainment it does what it promises. The interface needs no explanation, and the readings are written to flatter, which is rather the point. Judged as insight there is nothing underneath: the descriptions are astrology-adjacent generalities broad enough to fit almost anyone, and the app makes no claim otherwise.
