Editor's Review
The chain built its reputation on being open when nothing else was, and this app is largely an attempt to move that habit onto the phone. Choose a location, build an order from the full menu, then pick collection, curbside or delivery, with saved-card checkout so a late order takes a minute instead of a phone call.
Rewards sit at the centre of it. Points accumulate on qualifying orders, birthday offers land in the account, and the coupons that once arrived by post now appear as a list you apply at checkout. Anybody who visits more than occasionally gets more from the app than from paying at the counter, which is precisely the design.
The weaknesses are the ones common to restaurant software. Menu and price accuracy depend on the individual franchise, so what the screen shows and what the kitchen serves can drift apart. Delivery is handed to outside couriers, which means the app absorbs blame for problems it did not create. And an account is the entry fee: without signing up there is little here beyond a store locator.
An average of 4.31 across 1M+ installs reads as fair for this category.
